TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Innovability S.r.l. will receive bookings (subject to availability) for ARTEQ (“Event”) by either receipt of a completed Order/Registration form accompanied by full payment details or via the submission of an online booking at www.arteqsummit.com .
Upon Innovability S.r.l.’s written (including online) communication to you of its acceptance of your booking for a place at the Event there shall be a legally binding contract between Innovability S.r.l. and you to which these terms apply.
Fees
The fee for the Event (“Fee”) will include (for conference delegates) one place at the conference, refreshments, lunches and documentation. The Fee does not include travel to or from the Event or any accommodation costs incurred.
If payment is not made at the time of booking, your registration will be provisional and confirmation will only be sent when payment has been received in full. You acknowledge that Innovability S.r.l. cannot guarantee places held on a provisional basis and that places may sell out.
Under VAT regulations delegates from all countries are required to pay VAT @ 22% on events taking place in Italy.
Cancellations and Postponements
All attendee cancellations must be submitted in writing to Innovability S.r.l., Centro Direzionale Milanofiori, Strada Uno Palazzo F2 , Assago (MI) I-20090, Italy , fax n. +39 02 8715 3194 .
Cancellation charges shall be applicable as follows:

| 30 days prior to the first day of the Event | 50% |
| Between 14 days and 29 days prior to the first day of the Event | 75% |
| 14 days prior to the first day of the Event | 100% |
You agree that these charges represent a genuine pre-estimate of the costs Innovability will incur as a result of cancellation.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days.
A substitute delegate may be sent in your place if you cannot attend for any reason and these details can be updated by emailing Innovability S.r.l. segreteria@innovability.it
If the Event is cancelled by Innovability S.r.l. for any reason within the control of Innovability S.r.l., a full refund of the Fee will be paid to you within 8 weeks. Innovability S.r.l.’s total liability to you in connection with the cancellation of an Event shall be limited to a refund of the Fee.
If the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the control of Innovability S.r.l., you will be notified of a revised date for the Event and you shall have the right to cancel your place and receive a full refund of the Fee (to be paid to you within 8 weeks). If you wish to confirm your attendance at the postponed Event, your booking will be transferred to the new Event date and the terms listed here will apply to the transferred booking.
Event
Whilst our programs are correct at the time of going to press, in certain circumstances it may be necessary for Innovability S.r.l. to alter the content, venue or timing of an Event. All delegates will be notified in advance of such changes.
Event participants are responsible for taking appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the Event. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovability S.r.l. shall not be liable for any kind of loss or damage to you or your personal property, unless caused by our negligence.
Views expressed by speakers are their own and Innovability S.r.l. disclaims all liability for advice given or views expressed during an Event. Documentation distributed at an Event is intended for information only and should not be relied upon.
Innovability S.r.l. does not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of Event information.
Please note that for promotional purposes, the Event or part of it may be filmed by audio, visual, audio-visual or electronic means. You agree to permit Innovability S.r.l. to use and distribute such footage, which may feature images of you, in all or any media whether now known or hereafter to be invented throughout the world in perpetuity for the purposes of advertising, publicity, reporting and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of such recordings.

These terms contain the entire agreement between you and Innovability S.r.l. .
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovability S.r.l. shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, economic or consequential loss or any loss of business, use, profit, anticipated profit, contracts, revenues, goodwill or anticipated savings arising in connection with this Agreement, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions will continue in full force and effect as if the terms had been executed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision omitted. Any express or implied waiver to perform any obligations under these terms will not prevent the subsequent enforcement of them. A person who is not a party to these terms has no to enforce any term of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by Italian law and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts. Nothing in this clause shall limit Innovability S.r.l. ‘s right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
